Cancellation Policy

Company can stop and cancel your orders due to the following reasons;

In any kind of inconsistency or conflict we can directly cancel the orders. There could be reasons of inconsistency or conflict to cancellation from our end that includes limitation of product in the inventory, mistake in pricing, found wrong information in the product etc. Apart from that we also have the right to check out any other additional information for the purpose of accepting the orders.

If the company requires additional information before accepting the order, then the order might get cancel. In such cases the clients are informed about inconsistency.

If you have placed the order online and want to cancel the order before shipment please make a request of cancellation of order to us. We will refund the entire amount to your bank account with the help of an appropriate payment mode within 30 days.

That for all intents and purposes singular includes plural and masculine gender includes the feminine gender. This Agreement is written in English and the official language of this Agreement and all correspondence concerning it shall be in English.

The Seller offers Designer Products from third-party Designers on its website. All the Designer Products are the exclusive property of the respective third-party Designers. We would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from artpalaceindia.com. Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a full refund / Replacement or Exchange through our Reverse Pickup channel.

Please Note:

  • Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition, and returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Refund/ replacement for goods are subject to inspection and checking by ART PALACE team.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
  • Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice for all returns/exchange/money back.
  • In case of Refund, the payment shall be made by way of an account payee Cheque, / NEFT/ Respective payment Gateway, within 3 days of receipt of product along with Certificate and Invoice subject to quality confirmation and acceptance.
  • In case of exchange, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the old product before dispatch.
  • If the Product is found returnable than amount of refund will be Calculated as:

  • Please make sure that you have pack the Product Properly after opening it and send it using the proper Courier Company.

Shipping and delivery

  • Upon delivery of product from us we would request all customers to examine the package before and product.
  • At the time of delivery, if recipient is not available at home in such case Courier Company will try to deliver the orders maximum 2 times. The cost of handling and re-shipment after 2 times of non-delivery to the member will be chargeable from next shipping.
